COVID-19 has seriously violated our "No Assholes" policy. Like a lot of other companies around the country, our team has gone fully remote so that we can continue to serve our clients while following social distancing guidelines. That said, we really, really miss going to the office every day. We’re lucky to have a team that genuinely enjoys each other’s company and is actively seeking out ways to collaborate, brainstorm, and virtually hang out—no awkward conference calls with silly hats required.

On a more serious note, we wanted to take a moment to say there’s no sugarcoating it—COVID-19 is scary, not just for the impact it’s having on public health and safety, but also the longer-term effects on locally owned small businesses. We’re continuing to work our hardest, remaining focused, fresh, and fierce for our clients and community.
